Typical Marketing Administrator/ Coordinator Responsibilities

 

¨ Maintain up-to-date boilerplate information on all clients and services performed, staff resumes, firm capabilities, etc.

¨ Maintain photographic files.

¨ Develop and maintain files on consultants and other firms in an effort to coordinate proposal submissions and monitor competition.

Proposals & Correspondence:

¨ Develop and maintain marketing/business development correspondence files.  Write, as appropriate, edit and assemble proposals.

Public Relations:

¨ Establish and maintain media contacts (local press, trade journals, professional publications ).

¨ Write and submit news releases on a regular basis.

¨ Assist in planning receptions and promotional pieces for appropriate anniversary and other milestone dates.

¨ Encourage and arrange speaking engagements and professional association activities of Principals and staff.

Direct Selling Tools and Presentations:

¨ Coordinate the preparation of brochures, qualification packages and other promotional pieces.

¨ Prepare and/or assemble written and visual information for presentations and coordinate strategy sessions for appropriate presentations.

¨ Assist and monitor follow-up of proposals and presentations.

Association Activities:

¨ Attend appropriate association functions in an effort to gain exposure for the firm and keep abreast of current events.

¨ Endeavor to serve on committees/boards to become more of the fabric of the association.
